The Central NB Welsh Society

Our Purpose
The Central New Brunswick Welsh Society in a non-profit community organization dedicated to explore, promote and celebrate our Welsh heritage.

What we do
The Central New Brunswick Welsh Society serves as the primary contact with respect to Welsh heritage and culture in the province, maintaining both a website and an active Facebook presence.  The Society holds two significant events annually – a celebration of St. David’s Day on March 1st and a Christmas celebration.  The Society also participates in a number of heritage and multicultural events.

The Society also oversees the management of the New Brunswick Welsh Heritage Trust, a registered charity established to restore and maintain the Welsh Chapel and graveyard, a historic site located in Cardigan, New Brunswick.
